Does being a dating coach mean that you have no issues with your relationships? We all have demons in our closets and are not perfect. For me, as a coach my own relationship issues do not come into play when I’m working with clients.

I was a caller on a radio show this week with a famous coach. I chose to ask for some advice from an expert about the direction my coaching was going in. I did not call in to discuss my own 3 year relationship but that was the focus on the call. I was pre-screened so I thought I would knew how the call would go.

My strenghts are working with clients that are having trouble in their relationships or dating. Is the fact that I have never been married and had my own issues affect how I coach? I think not but I could be wrong. I’d like to hear from the folks out there what you think? So please comment on my blog as I will remain totally open minded.
