Journal to inner peace

There are so times when it is best to just sit with your thoughts. A great way to work out things that are troubling you is to write. There are so many people that journal these days. What I like to tell my clients is just write and don’t even worry about grammar or spelling. I not a big online journal person because I get more out of just writing. I have a beautiful journal so it inspires me to want to write.

I used to be the type of person that if something was bothering me I needed to talk to someone. Let’s face it sometimes we just want to bitch about something to anyone that will listen. Sure this can work but it all depends on what the issue is.

But, when something big is going on I like to journal. It lets me first get out my raw emotions and feelings. As I’m writing I seem to calm myself down and be able to see what is really going on. I like to tell clients to journal between sessions and just let the words flow out. This way when it comes time for their sessions the client is much more focus and can verbalize exactly where they are with the issue.

So write and try and do it often. I promise you will get so much out of it. And if you’re in therapy or have a Life Coach it will help you to get clear. Lastly, pick out a journal that inspires you!
